Blakemore has over 15 years of leadership experience, guiding top tier companies, start-up businesses, and individuals in their commercial real estate endeavors. As an accomplished real estate broker, his vision and expertise have driven notable growth and success both personally and for his clients. Whether it is office, retail, industrial, or medical, Blakemore utilizes his keen attention to detail and analytic nature as well as longstanding market expertise to advise his clients and facilitate a smooth real estate experience. In addition to his professional endeavors, he is involved in various professional organizations, as well as serving on the board of Angels Against Abuse.

He has always enjoyed working on unique and challenging brokerage and asset management assignments. Currently, in addition to other recent and ongoing projects, he oversees the management and leasing for a client with approximately 30,000 SF of mixed-use commercial condo space at the Bayfront Tower in Downtown St. Pete.  This project has encompassed a broad repositioning of the asset, including overseeing the complete demolition, re-design, and build-out of multiple office and retail units, implementing new lease agreements while providing ongoing leasing and management services.
