His professional accomplishments include overseeing significant brokerage and asset management assignments, such as managing and leasing approximately 30,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial condo space at the Bayfront Tower in Downtown St. Pete. This project involved a comprehensive repositioning of the asset, which included demolition, redesign, and build-out of multiple office and retail units, along with implementing and negotiating new lease agreements.

Blakemore is deeply involved in the community and professional organizations, serving on the board of Angels Against Abuse and contributing to local initiatives. He was also a member of the Leadership St. Pete Class of 2013, reflecting his continuous dedication to professional development and civic engagement.
