With a strong foundation in banking, accounting, and sales, Paul has developed a wealth of expertise that spans many facets of the real estate industry. His hands-on experience includes real estate investment, distressed property turnaround, receiverships, property management, tax assessment appeals, tenant and buyer representation, land development, financing, and bank credit quality consulting.

Paul holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.
