Having started his career in the real estate industry in 1983, Ned has acquired the knowledge needed to specialize in sales, leasing, tenant representation, and property management. In addition, he has acquired over 35 years of experience and is skilled in the negotiation and renegotiation of office, commercial, retail, and industrial leases/acquisitions.
His experience has also allowed him the opportunity to successfully manage receiverships throughout the State of Florida with properties including offices, apartments, condominiums, mobile home parks, and single family developments.
