Michael Ludwig joined Vector Commercial Real Estate in 2021, bringing a strong entrepreneurial background and a client-focused approach to his role as Sales Associate. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, Michael offers a unique understanding of business ownership, having founded and successfully operated an independent insurance agency in Clearwater, Florida.

With years of experience in the insurance and real estate industries, Michael has developed deep expertise in investing, working alongside buyers and sellers, and representing tenants and landlords. His specialization spans leasing properties across a variety of sectors, including medical, office, retail, and industrial spaces. This breadth of experience allows him to craft tailored solutions that address the unique goals of the clients he represents.
