About Me
Erica Delgado joined Vector Commercial Real Estate in 2022, bringing a versatile background in marketing, residential, and commercial real estate to her role as Sales Associate. After excelling as Marketing Director for Aaron’s Furniture Company and welcoming her first child, Erica discovered her passion for real estate. Leveraging her experience in corporate housing and her collaboration with RIETS over five years, she made a seamless transition into the real estate profession.
Her career began taking shape at Wingate Realty in Tampa, where she contributed to several commercial real estate projects. She gained hands-on experience in land acquisition, commercial leasing, and site identification for assisted living facilities and hotels. This exposure to diverse real estate needs positioned Erica as a forward-thinking and well-rounded agent.
Erica further expanded her expertise with DR Horton, the largest homebuilder in the United States, spearheading their innovative online sales program. Her success in this role led to her recruitment by Mattamy Homes, a national builder, where she served as an internet sales liaison. Erica’s leadership and strategic approach expanded Mattamy Home sales across all communities in Florida, showcasing her ability to drive impactful results.
More recently, Erica worked with Rutland Commercial in St. Petersburg, where she strengthened her local connections and built a deep understanding of the region’s development potential. As an active participant in the Development Council Downtown Partnership, Erica has gained valuable insight into the exciting opportunities shaping St. Petersburg’s future.
