His career in real estate began in 1978 as an analyst for a regional development company. With determination and skill, Ken quickly ascended to senior roles, including Vice President, Executive Vice President, and President.

Ken is an established expert in commercial real estate, with a particular focus on the development, acquisition, turnaround, and disposition of distressed properties. His method involves comprehensive “work-out” strategies, leveraging his vast expertise in development, construction, marketing, operations, and accounting. His hands-on approach and industry insights ensure reliable solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients and partners.

Education is a key component of Ken’s credentials. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Belmont Abbey College and his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. Additionally, Ken is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Licensed Mortgage Broker, and a certified Community Association Manager in the State of Florida.
