Vector and its principals have mastered every facet of new development and renovations, including acquisition, debt/equity structure, assembly of the development, disposition and operations. We have been involved in a variety of different sized projects from office buildings ranging between 10,000 square feet to over 150,000 square feet and large residential projects from 20 units up to 612 units.
